Many local and national authors will be reading from and discussing their most recent works. A full program will be available as we get closer to this year’s event. Check back soon!
Book Sales
The most recent works of each of our presenting authors will be for sale in our Book Sales and Signings Tent. A portion of the proceeds goes back to help support the festival. Exhibitors will also be selling books.
Book Signings
Several book signings will take place throughout the day for our presenting authors. Authors in our exhibitors tent will also be doing book signings.
Children’s Activities
There will be a tent solely dedicated to activities for children. Check back soon for more information.
Exhibitors
Our exhibitors tent will feature publishers, book distributors, authors and non-profit groups with a literary focus.
Refreshments
Food vendors will be on site providing snacks, drinks and meals throughout the day. You won’t have to leave the festival to grab a bite to eat!
Writing Contest
Partnering with Payless Shoe Source, the Kansas Book Festival’s annual writing contest winners will be announced along with information for the next year’s contest.
Entertainment
Throughout the day you will find lively entertainment on the outdoor stage.
